Framing the Future - A creative icebreaker for strategy days & offsites 

Overview 

Framing the Future is a fast-paced, energising team activity designed to kick off strategy offsites and team retreats with creativity and connection. Using a digital collage platform and fragments of classical artworks, participants visually represent how they see their team, exploring shape, colour, and symbolism to reflect identity and shared culture. 

This session encourages light-hearted reflection and cross-team connection through two playful prompts: 

1. If your team were a geometric shape, what shape would it be? 
2. Which colours would best represent its energy and values? 

A perfect starting point for the day, this activity opens up dialogue, sparks curiosity, and sets the tone for open, creative collaboration.
