About the Course 

Our four-week course is carefully designed to guide participants through a progressive exploration of artistic techniques and creative themes. Each session introduces a new creative challenge, gradually building confidence and technical ability while encouraging personal expression. 

The course combines key elements of visual art—composition, colour, texture, and form—with the therapeutic benefits of mindful focus and creative experimentation. 


Course Structure 

Week 1: Creating geometric shapes to explore balance and form 

Participants will begin with simple geometric shapes, focusing on symmetry, proportion, and balance. This foundational task encourages comfort with the tools while building confidence in creative decision-making. 

Week 2: Experimenting with patterns and diagonal lines 

Building on the first session, participants will explore patterns and diagonal compositions, learning to create rhythm and movement through repetition and variation. 

Week 3: Introducing color and luminance effects to develop depth 

Participants will begin working with color and light to create depth and atmosphere. This session encourages experimentation with tone and contrast, enhancing visual impact. 

Week 4: Bringing it all together with character creation and freestyle expression to create a portrait 

The final session allows participants to integrate all previous elements—shape, pattern, color, and form—into a personal portrait or abstract representation. This culminating task encourages creative freedom and self-expression. 

This structured progression provides a gentle introduction to digital art-making while allowing participants to explore their creative instincts in a supportive and pressure-free environment. 


A Guided yet Flexible Approach 

The course is designed to be flexible and accessible. Each task takes approximately 30–60 minutes and can be completed at a time that suits the participant’s schedule. The platform is easy to navigate, and participants are encouraged to approach each task at their own pace.
