We provide the usage of our art creation application on the website www. MindFullofArt.com to provide relaxation and self-improvement services.

Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use our Services.

Our Services are evolving over time, so we might change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. To purchase a subscription from us, you must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.

Your Registration details

If you want to use certain features of the Services, you will have to create an account using our website.

It is important that you give us complete and updated information to create your Account and you agree to keep your account information updated. You should not disclose your Account password to anyone as you will be held responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

Using our Services

You understand and agree that our Services and any other information from MindFull of Art are not intended or designed to diagnose, prevent, or treat any mental condition or disease, or to be a substitute for professional medical care. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Services.

Fees

MindFull of Art offers monthly and yearly subscription. At the time of purchasing your Subscription, we will ask additional relevant information, like your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and your address(es) for billing and delivery. If you choose to initiate a Transaction, you are authorising us to pass over your Payment Information in order to complete your Transaction. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order payment. All payments are not refundable and cannot be transferred.

MindFull of Art reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, or in other circumstances MindFull of Art deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Subscriptions Renewal and How to Cancel your Subscription

Monthly or yearly subscriptions will renew automatically. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees of the following subscription period. To cancel your subscription renewal simply email us at support@mindfullofart.com.

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

MindFull of Art reserves the right to change its pricing fees at any time. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively. In case you have an existing subscription, we will let you know about the fee changes before renewing it. If you do not agree with the new fee, then you can choose to not renew your Subscription.

Content Ownership

MindFull of Art does not claim any ownership rights in any User Content and you have the rights to use and exploit your User Content. You acknowledge that the Services and Content in MindFull of Art website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the UK and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or Content.

Gifting

"Gift Subscriptions" are pre-paid subscriptions where a person, the Giftor, purchases the gift with the intention that the Recipient will redeem the subscription. Gift subscriptions are one-time upfront payment, after which, the Giftor will receive an Order confirmation, a receipt and a Gifting code. Gifting codes can only be used to create an account to access our services and cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. There are no refunds or other credits for Gift Subscription that are not redeemed. MindFull of Art will notify the Recipient prior to the end of the Gift Subscription that the gift period is about to expire. MindFull of Art is not responsible if a Gift Subscription is lost, stolen or used without permission.

Limitations of your usage of www.mindfullofart.com

You agree not to do any of the following:

Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that: infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;

Use, display, mirror or frame MindFull of Art's name, any MindFull of Art trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without MindFull of Art's express written consent;

Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any MindFull of Art system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

Termination

We may terminate your access to our Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may cancel your Account at any time by sending an email to us at support@mindfullofart.com.

Warranty Disclaimers

The Services and Content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
